Your cover in detail
Accidental damage
Whether it’s a cracked screen or keyboard fault, if your laptop is damaged accidentally we’ll repair it. If it’s not repairable, we’ll replace it.
Malicious damage
We'll cover you for any intentional damage caused to your laptop.
Liquid damage
If any fluid gets into your laptop and causes damage or makes it stop working as it should, we'll repair it - if it’s not repairable, we’ll replace it.
Accessories
If your accessories are damaged lost of stolen at the same time as your tablet you're covered up to £150. Or if we replace your tablet and it’s not compatible with your existing accessories, we’ll cover the cost of new ones up to £150.
Worldwide cover

Loss or theft

The randomness of life means your laptop could get damaged at any time. If it does, we'll fix it or replace it. However, it'll need to be more than just cosmetic damage, as this won't be covered by your insurance.
