We have partnered with cyber experts, DynaRisk, to provide our customers with CyberAware, which helps keep you and your family safe online by checking for problems and giving you tips to fix them.

Once you have purchased your insurance2go policy, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to activate CyberAware.

I did not receive an email and/or access code.

No, CyberAware is an extra layer of software which can complement Antivirus software.

Do you share my information with DynaRisk?

No, we do not share any of your information with DynaRisk. Once activated you can choose the amount of personal information you wish to share with them directly.

I have registered for my CyberAware account, where do I sign in?

Once you have registered, you can sign in here whenever you want!

The link can also be found in the initial email we sent you about activating your CyberAware account.

How much does CyberAware cost?

CyberAware is available for £1.89 a month or £22.68 a year, including VAT.

How do I cancel CyberAware?

I have an Annual plan, what happens at the end of the 12 months?

We will automatically renew your selected extra benefit, CyberAware, to ensure continuity of your access.

If you wish to opt-out of future auto-renewals, please contact us Email: Insurance2GoCustomerServices@spbuk.com Telephone Number: 0333 999 7905, no less than 14‑days before the renewal of your CyberAware

If you cancel in the first 14‑days, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made regarding CyberAware.
