Once you have purchased your insurance2go policy, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to activate CyberAware.

Can I unsubscribe from their emails?

Is CyberAware a type of Antivirus software?

No, CyberAware is an extra layer of software which can complement Antivirus software.

Do you share my information with DynaRisk?

No, we do not share any of your information with DynaRisk. Once activated you can choose the amount of personal information you wish to share with them directly.

Can I have more than one CyberAware Essential plan?

CyberAware Essential is limited to one plan covering 2 email addresses, credit cards and phone numbers; and up to 3 devices per insurance2go policy.  

How long can I use CyberAware Essential for?

You can use CyberAware Essential as long as you have a insurance2go policy. We remain the right to cancel and/or change this at any time. If there are any changes, we’ll provide 30 days notice.

How do I cancel CyberAware Essential?

If you don’t activate CyberAware Essential, there’s nothing to cancel. If you’ve already activated it and want to delete your account. Contact us Email: Insurance2GoCustomerServices@spbuk.com Telephone Number: 0333 999 7905.

I don’t want DynaRisk to have my details?

DynaRisk won’t have your information unless you activate CyberAware Essential. If you don’t want it anymore, you can contact us Email: Insurance2GoCustomerServices@spbuk.com Telephone Number: 0333 999 7905. Please note, this will not be taken as a request to cancel your insurance2go policy.

How much does CyberAware Plus cost?

CyberAware Plus is available for £1.89 a month or £22.68 a year, including VAT.

How do I cancel CyberAware Plus?

To cancel CyberAware Plus Contact us Email: Insurance2GoCustomerServices@spbuk.com Telephone Number: 0333 999 7905.

Your account will then switch to CyberAware Essential and you will need to enter your information again.

I don’t want DynaRisk to have my details?

If you are paying for CyberAware Plus then please Email: Insurance2GoCustomerServices@spbuk.com Telephone Number: 0333 999 7905. Once cancelled, DynaRisk will delete your information within 30 days.

I have an Annual plan, what happens at the end of the 12 months?

We will automatically renew your selected extra benefit, CyberAware Plus, to ensure continuity of your access.

If you wish to opt-out of future auto-renewals, please contact us Email: Insurance2GoCustomerServices@spbuk.com Telephone Number: 0333 999 7905, no less than 14‑days before the renewal of your CyberAware

If you cancel in the first 14‑days, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments made regarding CyberAware Plus.
